Pay Your Dues Online! Sign-in now to the EasyHOA Member Portal!

Our new association management tool, EasyHOA, is open for business. The member portal provides our community members, and it's Board, with the tools necessary to be more productive, save money, and enhance communication. Key features include:

  • Pay your dues online - by credit card or ACH 
  • Identify authorized voters and assign proxies
  • Review and comment on proposed association changes
  • Vote online -- respond to surveys and official ballots
  • Streamlines association accounting
Login Instructions
  1. Go to https://app.easyhoa.com/login.html in your browser.
  2. Reference your Dues Invoice sent to you in December, and locate the email address associated with your account.*
  3. Username: Enter the email address on your invoice.
  4. Enter your name, and create a password.
  5. Login using the same email address and your new password.
*Note: If we did not have your email address on file, a temporary system email was created for you. It looks similar to this: cedarvillagehoa_12345@easyhoa.email. Use this to login the first time.

Cedar Village Common Area

The Common Area is located on SE 142nd Place next to the river access. This property is owned by Cedar Village Homeowners Association. Cedar Village residents and their guests may use the Common Area during daylight hours.

Common Area Use Guidelines:

  • Take all trash when you leave
  • Please be respectful to the neighboring homes
  • Use only during daylight hours
  • No fires are permitted
  • Access to the river is only accessed from the Common Area, the access road nor the pedestrian easement does not access the river.

Streetlight out?

Get the two numbers located on that specific pole plus the closest address. To report by phone, call Puget Sound Energy at 1-888-225-5773. To report the outage online visit the PSE Street Light Outage Form.

What to do about speeders or suspicious activity?

Any illegal activity should be reported to the authorities.
