Our new association management tool, EasyHOA, is open for business. The member portal provides our community members, and it's Board, with the tools necessary to be more productive, save money, and enhance communication. Key features include:

- Identify authorized voters and assign proxies

Cedar Village Common Area
The Common Area is located on SE 142nd Place next to the river access. This property is owned by Cedar Village Homeowners Association. Cedar Village residents and their guests may use the Common Area during daylight hours.
Common Area Use Guidelines:
- Take all trash when you leave
- Please be respectful to the neighboring homes
- Use only during daylight hours
- No fires are permitted
- Access to the river is only accessed from the Common Area, the access road nor the pedestrian easement does not access the river.
